Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 10th August 1698 between Richard Tomes of Snitterfield yeoman of the on epart and Richard Ellins of Snitterfield yeoman of the other part whereby the property described in DR38/460 was conveyed (price of the lease described in DR38/460) to Richard Ellins for £77-10-0. Signed Richard Tomes. Seal, a heart pierced by arrows. Witnessed by James Clarke, Thomas Taylor and W. Mason. Lease dated 9th August 1698 by Richard Tomes to Richard Ellins of the same property for one year. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before. Bond dated 10th August 1698 for £150 Richard Tomes to Richard Ellins to perform covenants in the release of the same date. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
