Description

Gift with warranty from William Hudson' of Coventr' to Elias Rybchestur, clerk, Thomas Serse, clerk, Henry Heryngham and James Leyth', of one croft of land called le Kyngeswode within the lordship of Stonley, lying between land late of Laurence Walgrave and land late of William Halley formerly of William Attewell'; which croft the grantor formerly had by grant of Robert Forest and Margery his wife and William Atterton', son and heir of the said Margery; to hold the said premises to the said Elias, Thomas, Henry and John and their heirs and assigns for ever of the chief lord of the fee. Appointment of William Sponer, senior, as attorney to deliver seisin. Witnesses: John Smyth', gent., William Raves, Robert Topclyff and others. Dated at Stoneley, 12 January, 2 Richard III.
