Kingshill in Stoneleigh deeds and papers

Description

Lease from Jane Gregory of Stivechale, widow, and John Gregory of Styvechale, gent., to Edmund Gregory of Mylend in the parish of Stebbenheath, co. Middx., gent., of the manor, farm and hamlet of Kingeshull with the appurtenances, late in the tenure of Edward Marbery; also a messuage with the mills called Rabbecrofte mills and the closes called Rabbecroftes, with the floodgates, watercourse and fishing, in the parish of Stoneley, now in the occupation of Thomas Greswold; to hold the same for 21 years, rendering annually for the first three years 20 shillings, and thereafter 20 pounds annually; and the said Edmund Gregory to maintain the property at his own cost.
