Kingshill in Stoneleigh deeds and papers

Description

Covenant between Loveisgod Gregory of Stevinghall, alias Stivechall, esq., son and heir of Loveisgod Gregory, late of Stevinghall, esq., deceased, and Francis Gramer of Manceter, gent., and William Gibson of Shottery, gent., to lead the uses of a fine between the said Francis Gramer and William Gibson, plaintiffs, and the said Loveisgod Gregory, deforciant, of the manors of Kingshill, Helynhull, alias Hull, Stevinghall, and the site of the manor, called the Castle Hill, of Brincklow, the advowson of the church of Corley, fishing in the waters of Sherborne and Sow, and all his messuages and lands, etc. in Kingshill, Helynhull, Finham, Brincklow, Fletchamsted, Meryden, Alspath, Allesley, Stoneley, Corley, Canley, Stevinghall, Asthull and Coventry; to hold the same to the said Francis Gramer and William Gibson to the purpose that they should become tenants of the freehold and that a recovery may be had against them by Benjamin Lynes of Stevinghall, husbandman, for the use of the said Loveisgod Gregory or for any person named in his last will and testament.
