Feoffment from Elizabeth Waren of Bagginton spinster, to Joan Waren of Lutterworth, co. Leics., spinster, reciting an indenture of conveyance, of 29 September, 15 Charles II [1663] from Abraham Fretter of Avis Dole shepherd, and Thomas Fretter of Churchover, husbandman, son and heir of John Fretter deceased, to Ann Waren late of Brincklowe widow deceased, mother of the said Elizabeth and Joan, of a messuage with appurtenances in Brincklowe, then in the occupation of the said Ann Waren, but now of Thomas Steanes, and reciting that the said Ann, by her will dated 30 January, 20 Charles II [1668] devised the said messuage to the said Elizabeth and Joan. It is now witnessed that, in consideration of £15, the said Elizabeth has conveyed to the said Joan all her right in the half part of the said messuage and appurtenances; to hold for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
