Gift with warranty from Agnes widow of Guy de Merynton' to Thomas de Merynton', Nicholas de Baddeslee and Roger le Cok', chaplains, of a tenement lying opposite the Cross in the High Market (alto foro) in Coventr' between the tenement which Nicholas Percy holds and the tenement which William de Lynne formerly held; also a corner tenement at the Broad gate (latam portam) in Coventr' between the tenement of Roger Oky and the tenement of Walter le Whytewebbe; also all the lands rents and tenements with the incidents of wardship, reliefs, marriage, heriots, escheats, suit of court and all other profits, which he has in Keresleye and which he had by the grant of William le Paillyf of Coventr', chaplain; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Nicholas Michel, mayor of Coventr', Richard le Freberne and William de Happesford, bailiffs of the same, Ralph le Hunte, Henry le Clerc', Sewall de Bulkynton', John Prest and others.
