Feoffment from William Boxe citizen and grocer of London, to Thomas Downes of Coventre innholder, of two messuages, and a cottage in the several tenures of William Queneborough and Thomas Downes, situate in Warwicke Lane in Coventre, late of the Gild of the Holy Trinity in Bablake, and of a messuage and tenement in the tenure of Thomas Gregorie in Brode Yate also of the late Gild, and of two messuages and tenements in the several tenures of John Collyns and John Hunte in Fletestrete in Coventre, also of the late Gild, which premises the said William Boxe had obtained by letters patent of 15 September last.
