Lease with warranty from John de Stoke and Joan, once the wife of Robert de Stoke, to William Page of Whytele and John his son of 22 selions of arable land in the field of Styvechale lying next to the land once belonging to Sir John de Langele with meadow and adjacent moor; to hold for the lives of the said William and John his son, rendering annually 4s. 6d. at the four usual terms in Stoke. Witnesses: Geoffrey de Whytele, William des Okes, Hugh de Merinton', John le Bonde, Simon de la Lye and others. Dated at Stoke, Sunday next after the feast of St. Mathew, 10 Edward III.
