Lease with warranty from Thomas Ferrers, esq., to Thomas Bedill' of Stivechale, husbandman, of a messuage with appurtenances and with all the land called le Fermlond' pertaining to the said messuage in Stivechale and in the fields of the same, which messuage and land John Assheby once held; to hold the same for 30 years rendering annually 24s. 10d. (2 terms); and the lessee is to maintain the property at his own expense during the said term and not to assign it without the consent of the lessor.
