Description

Right and left hand indentures of a fine levied at Westminster in the Octaves of Trinity, 31 Henry VIII, between Christopher Waide, plaintiff, and Richard Grene and Joan his wife, deforciants, of one messuage, two cottages, one dovecote, three gardens, three orchards, thirty acres of land and ten acres of meadow in Stychall'. The said Richard and Joan recognized the said property to be the right of the said Christopher as by their gift, and they gave warranty; and for this the said Christopher gave 40 pounds.
