Lease from John Gregorye of Stivichall, alias Stichall, esq., to Segrave Gregorye of the same, gent., for 20 pounds, of a messuage with a croft belonging to it in Stivichall, together with yard lands in the common fields of Stivichall, now in the tenure of the said Segrave; also a messuage with a close in Stivichall, with one and a quarter yard lands in the common fields of Stivichall, now in the tenure of the said Segrave; to hold the same from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, rendering annually 3 pounds (2 terms).
