Description

Declaration with copy by Arthur Francis Gregory of Styvichale, esq., being seised of an estate in Styvichale and the tithes issuing therefrom, comprising seven hundred and five acres seventeen perches, (which lands include the whole of the parish of Styvichale except Baginton Mill and a close adjoining, containing three acres one rood thirty-three perches, the property of Rev. W.D. Bromley, and the Shoulder of Mutton Close, containing four acres one rood, the property of the Marquis of Hertford) that the said tithes shall be merged and extinguished in the freehold, according to the Tithe Commutation Act made in the reign of William IV.
