Post nuptial settlement of John Dighton, Staples Inn, London, gent., and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of John Hunter late of Fort St. George, East Indies, esq., deceased. Trustees: Francis Keyt Dighton, Clifford, Glos., esq., John Eeles, Stadham, Oxon., esq., James Hunter, St. Johns College, Oxford, esq. and James Jones, Stadham, Oxon., gent. Elizabeth as one of the legatees named in the will (8 July 1729) of her father, is entitled to moiety of £1521.7s.0d South Sea Annuity Stock, £2530 Bank Stock, £9260 3 percnt; Bank Annuities at present in hands of Chancery accountant; and to moiety of £450 secured by bonds of the York Building Company and £1068.5s.2d in Bank of England. Elizabeth is at present under 21 and John Dighton covenants on her attaining age, to transfer all above stocks to trustees In trust to pay dividends and interest to John Dighton for life, then to Elizabeth for life, then in trust for children of said John and Elizabeth proportionately as they shall devise by deed or will in their lives or in default equally among them at 21 or marriage, if after death of parents, otherwise vested interest created. If no children or all predecease parents then 1/2 at disposal of John Dighton, 1/2 at disposal of Elizabeth.
