Papers relating to an estate in Preston-on-Stour, belonging to the Zouch family. - Abstract of title (1835) of Thomas Goodwin Zouch, junior, to the sum of £600 in reversion charged on the said estate, under certain wills, beginning with that of John Zouch of Milcote, gent., 30 November 1803 - Draft assignment of the same from Thomas Goodwin Zouch to Robert Hiorne Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., 10 April 1835 - Draft assignment from Clement Zouch of Burton Crescent, co. Middx., gent., to [John] George William England of Wellesbourne, surgeon, of the reversion of a similar share; 21 April 1841 - Release from various parties interested in the proceeds of the Preston estates under the will of John Zouch, to the trustees of the will, 7 July 1845 - Similar release from the parties interested in the estates of Ann Zouch of Shottery, spinster, under her will (recited, 16 May 1816), and of Margaret Bayzand of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, under her will (recited, 19 February 1821), both sisters of John Zouch, 7 July 1845. - Similar release from the residuary legatees under the will (recited, 3 April 1832) of Frances Hayley (nee Zouch), niece of John Zouch, to the executors of the will, 1845.
