Settlement by lease, release and counterpart between Benjamin Reeve, Rowington, gent. and Richard Reeve, St. Mary le Savoy, Middx., gent. and John Reeve, Rowington, yeoman, 2 of the sons of the said Benjamin, whereby Benjamin known as Edicroft and Ailscroft Richard and John parcels of meadow known as Edicroft and Ailescroft alias Eggercroft in the occupations of Thomas Symonds and ---- To the use of Benjamin for life and then a moiety each to Richard and John and their heirs. Signed and sealed by all three.
