Description
Agreement between Roger Alcott of Ansley, yeoman, and Bartholomew Byard of Ashby Magna, co. Leics., gent., and Isabell his wife (sister of Roger Alcott) that the latter will release any claim they have to the land of the late John Alcott (brother of Roger) if the said Roger conveys to them the house called the Dale and other lands in Fillongley as security for the payment of £250 to the use of their children William, Christian, Thomas, Robert and James.
