Deed to declare the uses of a fine between Martin Whadcock of Sutton Coldfield, apothecary, and Beale his wife of the first part, Thomas Beck of Fillongley, cooper, and Elizabeth his wife of the second part, Thomas Holbeche of the third part and Poulet Holbeche of Fillongley, his eldest son of the fourth part, concerning closes in Fillongley called the Hills and Church End Corner, sold by Thomas Beck and Elizabeth his wife on 25 March 1698 (no. 442), a close in Fillongley called the Marle Field, sold by Martin Whadcocke and Beale his wife to Thomas Holbeche on 24 March 1697/8, and a messuage with three closes in Fillongley mortgaged by Thomas Beck and Elizabeth his wife to Thomas Holbeche on 20/21 January 1698/9 (nos. 446-7).
