Draft quitclaim from Timothy Rolston, yeoman, and Anne his wife (daughter and co-heir of Thomas Snape, late of Whateley, husbandman) and Mary Atwells, widow (the other co-heir of the said Thomas Snape) to Thomas Willington of Whateley, gent., for £40, of all their right in a messuage and lands in Whateley and Kingsbury, mortgaged by Thomas Snape to Thomas Willington (grandfather of the said Thomas Willington) on 10 April 1654.
