Description
Conveyance from Edward Wilkes of Beoley, co. Worcs., yeoman, (mortgagee of the late John Randoll) and Richard Farmer and William Black (trustees of the will of the same) to Mary Lady Leigh, widow, and her trustee (Joseph Gibbs of Stoneleigh, gent.) for £139 2s 5d, of a messuage, close and coppice in Preston Bagot, mortgaged by John Randoll on 1 March 1731/2 (no. 563).
