[Copy] Chancery Decree in case between John Townsend, gent., Matthew Corpson, gent., Antony Lane, gent., Nicholas Morrell, Dorothy Weale, widow, Edward, Charles, Elizabeth, Martha and Audrey Stanton (infants, by their guardian Edmund Wilson, gent.), plaintiffs and Elizabeth Stanton, widow, Thomas Wagstaffe, Dr. Edward Master and John Stanton (infant by Thomas Wagstaffe his guardian) defendants: The will of John Stanton of Longbridge, dated 23 Feb 1673/4 expowered his executors (Elizabeth Stanton, Thomas Wagstaffe and Edward Master) to sell estates not previously entailed upon son John, to pay debts and raise portions for younger children. The executors have taken possession of personal estate and entered upon real estate and refuse to complete an agreed sale of part of real estate to plaintiffs Townsend, Corpson, Lane, Morell and Neale, to raise portions for other plaintiffs. Ordered sale to be completed.
