Description
Copy appointment from Sir William Catesby of Lapworth, to Edmund Catesbye, his uncle, and William Chybnall and John Popsonne, yeomen, of the manor of Bushwood, Lapworth Park, and a moiety of the manors of Radbourne and Willicote, to hold for 21 years from the death of Anne Catesby, on whom the premises had been settled on her marriage, as Anne Throckmorton, to the said Sir William Catesbye by deed of 1 February 1569/70 (recited); 20 April 1577.
