Settlement, with counterpart, on the marriage of Samuel Heminge of Stratford-upon-Avon, mason (son of John Heminge of the same, mason, and Frances his wife) to Mary, daughter of Stephen Morgan of Coughton, yeoman, being a conveyance from John Heminge and Frances his wife, and Samuel Heminge and Mary his wife, to Stephen Morgan and his son, Robert Morgan of Coughton, yeoman, for £60, of a messuage in Greenhill Street, in the tenure of Samuel Heminge, between a tenement late of Susannah Gunn and now of Morris Mullis on the west, and a tenement of Catherine Bromley on the east; also a moiety or east part of a messuage in Meer Street in the tenure of Mary Hobson, widow (the west part belonging to Philip Hurst and in the tenure of Henry Smith, and the whooel purchased by John Heminge and Philip Hurst of Sarah Rider, widow and William Stanley), bounded on the east by a mesusage of Edward Logg and on the west by a messuage of William Wright, gentleman; to hold the same in trust , as to the messuage in Greenhill Street to the use of Samuel Hewminge for life, with remianed to Mary his wife, and after her decease, to their children; and as to the messuage in Meer Street, to the use of Frances Heminge for life, with remainder to Samuel Heminge, Mary his wife and their children successively
