Reconveyance from Isaac Lea of Birmingham, gentleman, (executor of the will of John Smith late of Aston near Birmingham, miller, deceased) to James Cox of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber-merchant, and his trustee (William Morgan of Birmingham, gentleman), reciting nos. 19-20 and that John Smith died on 13 March 1837, for £600, of the premises mortgaged on 22 and 23 December 1820, together with any alterations or improvements made thereto.
