Description

Draft conveyance by Rev. Francis Hanbury Annesley formerly of Clifford Chambers, after of Gayton, Staff's., now of Greete, Salop., James Roberts West, Alscot Park, esq. and William Thomas Jordan, formerly of Clifford Forge House, now Pebworth, esq. (Trustees of Jacksons Charity) to said William Thomas Jordan, James Robertson Black, Clifford Bank, farmer, Albert Edward Day, Orchard Hill, Old Stratford, farmer, and Arthur Smith, St. Gregory's Road, Old Stratford, miller, of premises vested in the trustees under the charitable bequest of Thomas Jackson to maintain a schoolmaster at Clifford Chambers in consideration of Annesley and West giving up Trusteeships and Black, Day and Smith being appointed new trustees.
