Also 60 runnill trees on land in the tenure of John Knight and one runnill tree on land in the tenure of Widow Woofe, to be chosen by the purchasers within one year, all the said lands being in Badsley Clinton, Rowington, Kingswood and Lapworth. The said trees to be cut down within four years, provision being made for entry and exit, erection of machinery, and the repair of fences. Consideration: £1,041 12s. of which £992 was to be paid to the said George Ferrers and Francis Willughby and £49 12s. to Robert Repington of Cliff yeoman and Richard Mold of Rowington yeoman. 20 December 1669.
