Description

Gift with warranty from Stephen son of Richard de Wytheleia to John son of William le Archer, for homage and service, of an annual rent of 3 shillings in Thanewrth' which Walter son of Essulf of Listerleye was accustomed to pay; to hold the same rendering annually to the grantor one clove of gilly flower and to chief lord 16 pence (2 terms); and for this the said John gives 2 marks and has performed homage. Witnesses: William de Hullenhale, Richard the servant, Robert de Fulewud', master Simon de Manecestre, Walter de Cherlecote, William de la Le, William de Wystanescroft and certain others.
