Feoffment from William [Smith 1460-1514] bishop of Lincoln, Gilbert Talbott knight, Richard Crofte knight Philip Chetwyn' gentleman, Thomas Porter of Aluechurche, Thomas Blyke of the same, Thomas Kytley of the same, Thomas More of the same, Thomas Phylyppes the elder of the same, Thomas Philippes the younger of the same, John Milward' of the same and Richard Smyth of the same to John Adern' of the same of all lands and tenements, rents, reversions and services with meadows, woods, waters and moors lying within the lordship of Tonworth' in the county of Warr' called Clyburylande, which the grantors lately held by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Bownell' of Aluechurche; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
