Appointment of attorney by William [Smith, 1460-1514] Bishop of Lincoln, Gilbert Talbott knight, Richard Crofte knight, Philip Chetwyn gentleman, Thomas Porter of Aluechurche, Thomas Blyke of the same, Thomas More of the same, Thomas Philippes of the same the elder, Thomas Philippes of the same the younger, John Milwarde of the same, Thomas Kytley of the same and Richard Smythe of the same of William Suarde chaplain and William Broun' of Aluechurche to deliver seisin to John Ardern' esquire of all lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services, meadows, woodes, waters and moors in the lordship of Tonworthe in the county of Warr' called Clybury londe; to hold for ever according to a charter made between the said parties.
