Settlement previous to the marriage of Richard Archard' of Tonworth in the county of Warr' esquire and Matilda Dalamer, one of the daughters and heirs of Edward Dalamer, being a feoffment with warranty from Richard Archard' to Richard Cornwall' knight and Humphrey Stafford esquire of the manors of Omberslade and Monkspath in the parish of Tonworth in the county of Warr', a messuage called Malley in the parish of Cleobury in the county of Salop., a messuage in Coll' Orton in the county of Leics., 2 pastures in Tonworth, one called the Lee and the other Lons crofte, 2 pastures in Tonworth', one called Kyntlandes and the other Barudynges, 3 messuages in Tonworth, one called Connens in the occupation of Richard Mountford, another in the occupation of Richard Dyxon and the third called Hytwykes in the tenur of John Canon, and 2 pastures in Tonworth called Wodlandes and Clerkesland, with a meadow called Wodlandes meadow and a close called le Barn croft; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, to the use of the said Richard and Matilda for the term of their lives; the marriage was to take place before 2 February next; after their deaths the said property to stand seised to the use of the lawful issue of the said Richard and Matilda or in default of the right heirs of the said Richard for ever.
