Gift with warranty from Richard Archer' of Tonworthe in the county of Warrwic' esquire to Richard Cornewayll' knight, William Rudhale serjeant at law, Walter Vaughan' and William Wigmor' gentleman of the manor of Omberslade in the lordship of Tonworthe in the county of Warrwic' with all lands, the manor of Monkespathe in the parish of Tonworthe with all lands, one parcel of pasture in the lordship of Tonworthe commonly called the Lee, one other parcel of land there called Monksroft, one messuage with lands in the said lordship called Hytwykes now in the tenur of John Canon', 2 parcels of pasture there called Kyntlandes, a parcel of pasture called Baruddynges in the same parish, a messuage in the said lordship called Collens with all lands and rights belonging to the same, also a messuage in the lordship of Tonworthe then inhabited by Thomas Dixon with all lands, a meadow in the said lordship then in the tenure of Richard Balamy, of which one is called Wodland' and Wodland' medowe and the other is called Clerkesland', and also a messuage called Malley in the parish of Clyobury in the county of Salop. with all lands; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
