Description

Lease for 99 years from Richard Fulwode of Tonworth' county Warrs esquire to Thomas Parsons of the same of a croft in Toneworth', lying in length between the land of Master Clarkson' called Barneffildes and the highway, and in breadth between the land of Thomas Waryng' and the highway; to hold the same for 99 years from the date of this lease for the annual rent of 2s. 4d. [2 terms], the said Richard to have the right of distraint after one month of the said terms and the right of re-entry after 12 weeks; the said Thomas to be relieved from payment of chief rents and other charges on the said land, and to receive sufficient haybote for moundyng of the said croft, and also to lopp, cropp and shred and to have all woods and underwoods growing on the said croft and all loppes, croppes and shredes for his profit during the said term.
