Description

Sale of oak trees by Master Richard Archar of Tonworth' esquire to Thomas Greves of Kyngisnorton' whylwryzth of 120 oak trees growing in the park of Richard Archar at Tonworth', the said trees being then marked and sealed with the consent of the said Richard Archar, Thomas Grene and Oliver Grene his brother, for which the said Thomas was to pay the said Richard £12. 10s.; the said Thomas to have the right to cut and fell the same at any time during the following two years and to carry the same away, for which agreement the said Richard was bound to the said Thomas in the penal sum of £40.
