Description

Lease for 21 years from Hugh Westwood gentleman, feoffee of the lands of William Bussh of Narthlatch [North Leach] county Glouc. gentleman, to certain uses, and the said William Bussh to Ellis Bradeley of Tanworth husbondman of a cottage and 2 closes called Pynchcroft in Tanworth county Warr'; to hold for 21 years from Michaelmas last past for the annual rent of 10s. [2 terms] and paying also 4s. 10d. annually to the King; the said Ellis to maintain the cottage and the fences of the said lands in good repair, taking hedgebote and housebote for the same; the lessors having the right of distraint after 1 month and the right of re-entry after 2 months for non-payment or arrears of rent.
