Feoffment with warranty from John Waryng' of Tonworth' county Warr' yeoman to Edward Graunte, John Fulwod' the younger gentlemen, John Dolphyn' the elder, John Sydnall' and Hugh Porter, of one pasture with adjacent meadow in the lordship of Tonworth' called Jurdens, which the grantor lately purchased from Thomas Stokes gentleman according to his charter dated 12 June 37 Henry VIII [1545]; to hold for ever to the use of John Waryng', Margaret his wife and their heir from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
