Feoffment with warranty from Robert Throkmerton knight, lord of the manor of Tanworth, to Margaret Balamy of Tanworth widow for £14 of a messuage, an orchard with a meadow called Wood meadow in Tanworth, lying in length between the highway leading from Warwycke towards Kynges Norton and beyond Olde Perke and in breadth between two woods called Yerles wood; to hold for the term of her life with remainder to the following persons in turn and their lawful issue: Dorothy, daughter of the said Margaret, Humphrey Gryffen, Thomas Gryffen and William Gryffed, brother of the said Margaret, Katherine Gryffen and Alice Gryffen, sisters of the said Margaret, or in default to the rightful heirs of the said Margaret for ever; to hold from the said Robert as of his manor of Tanworth, by fealty, heriot, suit of court, view of frankpledge, court baron of Tanworth twice a year, and an annual rent of 15s.
