Feoffment with warranty from Robert Throkemerton knight, lord of the manor of Tanworth, to John Feeld' for £42 of Tanworth yeoman of a messuage with barns, buildings, orchard, garden and 1 croft adjacent to the same in Woodyend in Tonworth, containing about 5 acres, lying between 2 lanes leading from the church of Tonworth as far as Woodyend; one meadow called Ney meadow lying in length from the land of John Freman towards the south, to a close called Ney field to the north, to the highway leading from Woodyend to Kingesnorton to the east, containing 4 acres; one close adjacent to the said meadow at the north end, extending in breadth to the said highway to the east and to the land of Henry Terre to the north, containing 6 acres; one close called Riding abutting to the east of the lane leading from the church of Tanworth as far as Woodyend and on the land of Henry Waring on all other sides; 32 selions lying in Heinefield: 4 lying together in breadth between the land of Henry Waring and abutting to the east of the land of Baldwin Ilchewe, 8 lying together in breadth from the land of the said Henry Waring and abutting to the south on a gate called Heyne field gate, 4 lying in breadth between the land of Henry Waryng and John Hunt, and extending in length to the south next to the hedge there, 4 lying together in length between the land of John Ayshewell and the land there to the east abutting on Cassall meadow, 1 selion lying between the land of Baldwin Ilchewe and the meadow of Henry Waryng, extending in length to the east to the river called Heinefield broke, 2 selions lying between the land of John Hunt and the land of the vicar of Tanworth, abutting to the north on the said river, 2 selions and half a pit lying between the land of the said Henry Waryng and Baldwin Ilchewe, in length to the south to the land of the said Henry Waryng and to the north to the said pit, 2 selions lying between the land of the said Henry Waryng and to the north the land of the said John Hunt, 2 selions and half a boundary lying between the land of Henry Waryng and the said boundary and 3 smaller selions lying together between the land of the said Henry Waryng and to the west the gate called Haynefield gate, all the said selions containing 6 acres; to hold to the said John and his lawful issue for ever or in default to the following persons in turn and their lawful issue: Henry Feeld, brother of the said John, Philip Feelde, a relative of the said John, Henry Hune, son of Oliver Hunt, John Hannes, son of William Hannes, or in default to the rightful heirs of the said John Feeld; to hold from the said Robert Throkemerton as of his manor of Tanworth by fealty, heriot, suit of court at View of frankpledge and court baron twice a year, the annual rent charge of 6s. 1d.
