Bargain and sale from John Aynesworth' and Ellis Aynsworthe of Bolton in the Mores, Lancashire, gentlemen, to John Addenbroke of Beoley, Worcestershire, yeoman for £20 of the advowson, presentation and patronage of the vicarage of Tanworthe with all glebe lands, predial, mixed, real or personal tithes and all gifts, Easter offerings, christenings, burials and commodities, which Sir William Stanley knight, Lord Montegle, 12 January 12 Elizabeth [1569/1570] had bargained and sold to Ellis Aynesworth' of Bolton in the Mores deceased, natural brother of the said John and father of the said Ellis, amongst other things; to hold for ever as freely as the said Lord Montegle had held the same.
