Feoffment from Margaret waringe of Tanworth widow to Thomas Round of Sniterfyeld her kinsman of a messuage with closes of pasture and meadow belonging to the same called Hoddyes in Tanworthe, then in the occupation of Henry Swanne tanner; to hold for ever freely except for the chief rent. Memorandum, endorsed: that the said Henry Swanne at the said signing and delivery of seisin became the tenant of the said Thomas Round for which he gave the said Thomas 6d of silver.
