Gift with warranty from Philip Durvessal of Tonewrth', with the consent of Felicia his wife, to William de la Litte of Betleswrth' and Alice his wife, for homage and service of half an acre of land between the grantor's park of Betleswrthe and the highway leading from Tonewrth' towards Burmingham; to hold the same rendering annually, during the life of the said Alice, 3 pence (2 terms) for all services save a heriot and the foreign service due to the king from the said land; and for this the said William and Alice give half a mark. Witnesses: Roger Gerin, Henry de Alressawe, Richard Goer, Simon de Middelmor, Walter Herward, Henry de Sydenhale, Roger de Forda and others.
