Settlement on the marriage of William Fyelde, son and heir of Edward Fyelde of Kingsnorton yeoman and Bridget, one of the daughters of William Lea of Hales Owen, Shropshire, farmer being a conveyance from the said Edward Fyelde to thomas Lea of Solihull tanner and Francis Fyelde of Kingsnorton yeoman of a messuage called Collyns Place, 6 closes called Collyns land, lands then divided into 4 called Swansdytch alias Swansditches, lying in Tanworthe between the highway leading from Tonworth church to Hockley Heath, land now or late belonging to William Mountforte esquire called Wistons, the land of Edward and William Fyelde and the lane leading from the park of Andrew Archer on all sides; lands called Stapletons, then in 4 parts, between land of Andrew Archer to the south, land of Edward Fyelde and land of William Mountfort to the north and the highway to the west and land called Stoney croft containing 6 acres lying between the land now or late of Richard Hunt to the west, north and south and the highway to the east, all of which property lies in Tanworth in the tenure of John Sarsons; to hold to the use of the said Edward Fyelde for his life and then to the said William and Bridget and their lawful issue, or in default to the lawful issue of the said Edward, or in default to Willaim Cillins the younger of Kingsnorton tanner and his lawful issue, or in default to Thomas Collins the younger of Kingsnorton and Margaret his wife, sister of the said Edward Fyelde and his lawful issue, or in default to the rightful heirs of the said Edward.
