Description

Grant from Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire and Simon Archer his son and heir to Anthony Skynner of Rowington esquire for £200 of an annual rent of £20 from a messuage called the Lodge and lands called the Woodes, Beare Meadow, Longe meadow, Hollyhurst, Calvesclose and meadow, Springe meadowes, Stubbes, Stubbes coppice, Throckmorton grove and the Lodge croft, all lying in Ladbrokes park in Tanworth, late in the tenure of Francis Palmer; to be paid [2 terms] at the dwelling house of the said Anthony in Shelfield park in Aston Cantloe; the said Anthony to have right of distraint after 28 days for non payment or arrears of the said rent; the said Andrew and Simon acknowledge the assistance of the said property which is stated to be of the annual value of £30; to be void on the repayment of the said sum of £200.
