Feoffment with warranty from John Browne the elder of Tanworth weaver to Richard Chambers of Tanworth yeoman and Richard Browne of the same labourer for £200, paid by John Browne the younger, son and heir of the said John Browne the elder, of 2 cottages and lands in Tanworth in the tenure of the said John Browne the elder and William Weston; to hold to the use of the said John Browne the younger and his lawful issue, or in default to Thomas Browne, second son of the said John Browne the elder, and his lawful issue, or in default to Elizabeth Terry, daughter of the said John Browne the elder and her lawful issue or in default to the rightful heirs of the said John Browne the younger for ever.
