Description

Assignment from John Digbie of Tanworth gentleman and Dorothy his wife of [?to] Francis Buckley of Codborough Hall in Tanworth, gentleman, for £80 of lease no. 1687 and sale of the moiety of goods, cattle, corn, implements of household and household stuff, due to the said Dorothy on the death of her father William Atwood deceased, and devised to her by the will of her brother Robert; to hold for ever, the said lease to hold for the term stated; the said Francis Buckley was to pay yearly to Frances Atwood spinster, sister of the said Dorothy, part of £100 and other bequests according to the will of the said Robert.
