Agreement between Henry Barker of Tanworth yeoman and Simon Archer, son and heir of Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire relating to part of the Olde Parke now ditched out, abutting on the Olde Parke meadows on the east, to Langley Heath on the west, to a ditch of part of the Olde Parke late in the tenure of Richard Barker deceased to the north and adjoining the ditch of another part of the Olde Parke late in the tenure of Henry Waring deceased to the south in Tanworth, which property the said Henry Barker holds for life and the reversion of which belonged to the said Simon, and which property the said Henry agreed to surrender on payment of £200 by 16 July next.
