Description

Covenant to declare the uses of a fine between Francis Palmer of Solihull yeoman and Katherine his wife, plaintiffs, and Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire and Simon Archer his son and heir, deforciants of a messuage called the Lodge with all lands belonging to the same in Tanworth park, alias Lodbrooke Parke, consisting of a close adjoining the said messuage, 2 closes of pasture called the Woodes, one meadow called Beare meadow, one other close of pasture divided into two called Beareleyes, one close of pasture called Hollinhurst, one meadow adjoining the same called Long meadow, one croft called Calves croft, one croft called the Slynge and the grazing of two groves called Throckmorton grove and the Stumps coppice and one cottage in Tanworth, adjoining the pale of the said park of Andrew Archer; to hold to the use of the said Francis and Katherine for their lives, then to the use of Andrew Archer and his male heirs, or in default to the heirs male of John Archer, brother of the said Andrew, or in default to the heirs of the said Andrew for ever.
