Description

Gift with warranty from John son of Robert 'de Cimiterio' of Olenhale to William de Barnevile and Christine his wife of all his land in the common field of Tanewrth' called Karsewellefeld lying in separate places; namely four selions in a place called Whetedish, two selions on Wyggenhul, three selions on Willewrth' in two places, four selions and ten butts extending into the meadow called Carsewellemedewe with another parcel of meadow, and the four parcels of land which John de Bordesleg' held of the grantor; to hold the same rendering annually to the grantor one clove of gilly flower at Christmas and to the heirs of Richard le Seriant 10 pence (2 terms); and for this the said William and Christine give 40 shillings. Witnesses: Sir John de Lodbroc, John le Archer, Richard de Folewode, Roger de Sydenhale, John Wodard, Walter de Cherlecote, Thomas de Lee and others. Tag, seal lost.
