Gift with warranty from William Sparkes of Henleya chaplain to John Dolfin and Agnes his wife of a grove which he bought from Simon de Manecestr' lying between the land of Geoffrey Elys and the little grove of Richard de la Sponne in length, and in breadth between the land which William de Sydenhal held and the land which Richard de la Sponne held; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee, with free ingress and egress to and from the same at all times of the year through the land of Richard de la Sponne, rendering annually to the chief lord 4 pence and to Simon de Manecestr' 1 penny.
