Feoffment with warranty from John Chambers of Tanworth gentleman to Thomas Archer of Tanworth esquire for £60 of a rough close called Birchy feild containing 15 acres in Tanworth between a coppice there of Thomas archer, a toft now or late belonging to Edward Atwood, formerly of John Horwood deceased, the highway called Monkespath street and 2 other lanes there called Gate lane leading from Monkespath street to the Fowes Ashes, at or near all parks of the same, now or late in the tenure of George Evans; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary rents and services.
