Description

Copy, attested 20 April 1721, of a feoffment with warranty from Richard Slowe of Tanworth sadler to John Sarjeant of Lapworth wideyarnman for £200 of a messuage and croft in Tanworth, extending in length to a place called Platte Pitt and in breadth to land lately belonging to Edward Moumford knight, a lane leading from Earles Wood towards Warwick, a close called Norris croft in Tanworth adjoining the croft belonging to the said messuage, also another croft called Warners, all this property being then in the tenure of John Hall; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary rents and services.
