Covenant to lead the uses of a fine, to be levied before the end of Michaelmas term next, between John Lea of Ladbrookes park in Tanworth yeoman, Isaac Sadler of Castle Bromwich in Aston near Birmingham gentleman and John Scotton of Maxstole yeoman, plaintiffs, and Thomas Swetnam of Graisley Castle, Nottinghamshire, gentleman and Elizabeth his wife, Gilbert Cocks of Normanton on the Soar, Nottinghamshire, and Mary his wife, John Baxter of Great Whitley, Worcestershire, gentleman and Ruth his wife, Thomas Fry of Kingsbury gentleman and Anne his wife and George Saunders of Coleshill yeoman and Winifred his wife, deforciants, of 1, a close called Portway leasow containing 20 acres in Tanworth late in the tenure of William Burbidge and then of the said John lea; 2, a moiety of a messuage in Minworth in the tenure of Edward Wooley with a moiety of a selion of arable land containing 1/2 acre belonging to the same lying in Minworth field between the land of Thomas Hargrave on both sides, a parcel of meadow called Hamsons peice lying in Broad Meadow between land in the tenure of Thomas Willcox to the south and west and land of the said Edward Wooley to the east, 2 closes of pasture called Foxall Crofts lying in length between the land of Thomas Homer gentleman on the east and the land of the said Edward Wooley on the west and in breadth between the lane leading from Coleshill to Minworth on the south and land in the tenure of John Bissell on the north, a close called Willow Shaw lying between land late of Richard Woolley to the north and land now or late in the tenure of the said Thomas Willcox on the south, a close called Mill leasow, a close called Foxalls and 1 acres of land in Dunton field, all in the tenure of the said Edward Woolley, a cottage in Hurley in Kingsbury, 2 closes with a toft called Tompsons Colewast, a close adjoining the same called Parkers Colewast, all in the tenure of William booth, a parcel of ground called Foxall croft meadow being part of the close called Foxall croft lying next to the Broad meadow and the said Foxall croft on the west and in the tenure of the said John Bissell, 6 acres of arable land lying in the common field of Curdworth called the Hill field and Dunton field late divided between the co-heirs of Robert Meere late of Minworth deceased and now in the tenure of Thomas Linyard, 1 acre of arable land in Dunton field between the land of the said Edward Wooley and land in the tenure of Thomas Bennett, now in the possession of the said Thomas Linyard, 4 acres of arable land in Greaves field now in the tenure of the said Edward Woolley, all pertaining to the said moiety of a messuage, lying in Minworth, Curdworth, Sullon Coldfield, Hurley and Kingsbury; 3, a cottage called Eaves his house in Coleshill near and heath called Coleshill heath and a parcel of meadow lying between the said cottage and the said heath in the tenure of John Swift; to hold described in 1 to the use of the said John lea for ever; to hold property described in 2 to the use of the said Isaac sadler for ever and to hold property described in 3 to the use of the said John Scotton for ever.
